i am having building work done to my property and my electrician has advised that the cables going into my pay as you go electric meter need updating they are to small... i need utilita to come and change them before he can do his work on new wiring in my house.

i have tried both and it takes up to 30 mins to get through on the phone for it then go dead ????? and the chat has nothing on it to explain what i need to have done...???

not to impressed with the customer service either as i have also emailed them and not had a reply to that either...i am currently looking to change my provider because of the lack of communication....
