Has anyone else having issues contacting via telephone and live chat, telephone instantly gets hung up and I've chat the queue is nearly 200 people then get down to 5th and told no-one is available, I just want some money moved from my electric meter to the gas.

Hi Cat it's the same no matter what day anyone tries to call, the telephone just cuts off after the £66 message, my gas won't update and has went off I have put £31 on since yesterday and it has still went off. Wait ages for live chat it's so frustrating.
