@PotNoodles To my suspicion it seems after receiving the payment from Gov.uk on my meter the meter readings have stopped suspiciously.

my app hasn’t been working either, for the last 4 days. Not able to see balance or usage. Not sure what’s going on but after reading the comments on here, I’m not looking forward to hanging on the phone for ages to get it sorted! -
Can anybody shed any light on problems with the app? Not able to see usage or balance for the last 4 days. Really not good enough

Hi Donna, I have reinstalled the app and is working again, give that a try and hopefully fix the issue for you too
