This will only apply if you have economy 7 storage heaters in your home. The off peak tariff times vary but start any time from 11pm to 12 midnight and run for 7 hours from that time. it is designed this way to allow the heaters to store heat during the cheapest part of the day and allow you to release the heat during the day.
