Hi, I have been trying to contact Utilita for weeks now, through messages and emails, no one is responding to me so I’m hoping someone on here can help.

I have a smart meter and use the app, however I would like a in home display so I can monitor how much gas and electric I am using during the day.

I know this information is available on the app but it’s 2 days behind. I need to see real time costs so I can turn things off when I can’t afford anymore that day.

can anyone help please

@CC40 Hi your best option is to contact customer service directly on 0345 207 2000 - it can be a while waiting in queue for a response but the staff are normally really helpful. As an aside the app should only run an hour or two behind your meters current status - you mentioned it was days behind so ask about this sync issue too. Hope you get the answers you need 👍

Thanks Bob77, I have tried every few days trying to get through on the phone, I give up after 50mins, jst can’t get through 🤷🏻‍♀️, messages and emails just not getting a response

@CC40 If you go on the Utilita website and go to Live Chat - ask to speak to a Live Advisor ( not the Chat Bot ) . They should be able to help you. I used Live Chat today to get my Energy Support credit swapped over to my gas meter.
