Hi my app has not been able to receive data from my meter ever since the new utilita app came out which has been a couple of years now. So I can not top up online or in app and can’t check balance I spoke to customer support so many times I’ve lost count how many time I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app but nothing has work. Has any body else had this problem? Just want it sorted so I don’t have to keep running to the shop every time it needs topping up

@Crookie82 had new smart meter install couple of weeks ago been told to do same as you but still does not work online chat I was around 60 mins then when I get to position 1 told no operators available. Finally spoke to someone yesterday after over an hour wait just to be transferred to the top uo line I was away at weekend husband rang need to tip up electric what a nightmare I had trying to sort it. All I keep getting told is they are aware of the problem.

Stop trying to win a losing battle!..Utilita donot value their customers! Circles and roundabouts with this idiotic company. Took me 7 months to get an engineer out who told me that he has to fone customer services if he has a problem and can never get through, said this is the worst company hes worked for!
