@Antonychloe mines was credited to my meter overnight so it has started being credited

They are stupid as they have credited it to my electric account when I use gas once again utilita letting the disabled customers down. Oh let me guess I need to call utilita to have it transferred to gas and wait in the queue of 300 .

Going to speak to the ombudsman regarding this matter

This money can be moved once on the meter and it is for households with a domestic electricity supply. Should you need any further information please see the link I have attached.

@Cat I've been trying since yesterday morning to get through on the phone to request transfer of the credit from my elec to my gas meter . Cuts the call off every time after I give my Customer Number. I've also tried Live Chat, get to number 2 in the queue and it ends the Chat. I've emailed Customer Service, no reply. What is going on ? Why can't I get someone to speak to and do the credit transfer ??
