I've literally just signed up as I moved into a property supplied by Utilita. Called up this morning to get my account details sorted, lady on the phone was very helpful and said everything would be reset to have 50p credit. Finished work, installed the app and logged in... to see I'm -£71 into the emergency gas credit? How is that even possible?
I've been on hold for over an hour now and I'm not sure what to do :( -
