I have been trying to get started on the app & it keeps telling me information doesn't match ,
been phoning to try and get help for several days just keep hearing music or telling me to get the app .
Can anyone help

You just need to be patient. I've phoned several times now and always been on hold for 30+ minutes. Nightmare.

That is frustrating when something doesn't work and you are unsure why. Were customer services able to get you up and running on the app?

It won't help much except to show how bad the customer service phone help is, I have spent about 3 hours now since yesterday trying to resolve a slightly different issue and had no success and have even been patronised, implied I was lying and lied to.

I've now put in a complaint. Never had to speak to Utilita before now and I am totally disenchanted with their terrible service to put it nicely.
