@Mike I too have had all of the first payment put onto my electricity, why weren't we given the option of a 50/50 split between gas and electricity. I assume there is no way of manually being able to do this on the app?

@Cat I was on the phone for over 40 minutes and still didn't get the chance to speak with someone regarding this. Poor customer service!

@Mike I too keep getting cut off Mike. Utilita cannot get a signal from my smart meter @their end, and have never answered how, when the 1st part of the ebss will be made. I've asked them can they split it between both my meters as I've had no gas /no heating on for 4weeks now. I've always praised Utilita but if late they have been atrocious.. I've also been waiting 2yrs for a home display!
