My in home smart meter will not connect to my WiFi or with batteries it doesn't go on home. Keeps saying that it is not commissoned or connecting. Can anyone help please.

Please try the following and let me know if this works.
Cat
1. Please unplug the GEO and remove any batteries.
2. Leave for 2 minutes.
3. Try to place the GEO as close to the electricity meter as possible.
4. Replace batteries if used and plug back in. -
