I've had no emails or msgs telling me how to apply for the £400 discount, can anyone tell me how it works please?

Hi @Mand,

Please do not worry, there is no application process and everyone is receiving this. You should expect to see the first instalment on your meter before the week is out. If you o not have a smart meter you will receive a voucher and if you are a credit customer this will be placed on your account to come off your bill.
