Hi, I received an email last week informing me about the £400 discount. It said It would be credited to my electricity account. I need it on the gas because that is my source of heating. Wouldn’t it be better to put it on the gas??

Hi @Dondaligi1,

We send the money to the electric as this meter is easier to communicate with and money goes on instantly with less issue. Once the money is on it can be moved to the gas however.
