Hi, my gas supply has disconnected because it ran out of emergency credit, I am on the priority register as vulnerable I thought that means I can't be disconnected, tried numerous time via live chat waiting for about an hour then saying no one is available, when I ring I get told the lines are really busy, also does anyone know when the meters are going to be credited because if I was credited today I wouldn't off went off supply. Thanks
