Maybe by Monday customer service can reply to many of us with some answers most of us are still waiting for their reply and not forgetting to add the government grant to all our meters.

Just wanted to let the community know today I checked the Rates on electric and gas, The Utilita mobile App shows the new rate but the Smart meter/monitor shows the old rate as of today 2 hours ago when checked.
Maybe by Monday customer service can reply to many of us with some answers most of us are still waiting for their reply and not forgetting to add the government grant to all our meters. -

Hi @PotNoodles,
The In-Home-Display can take longer to update. Sometimes simply switching off and back on fixes this as it pushes through any updates pending.

We have identified an issue with communications which would prevent the display from updating, however the tariff has been changed and if you wish to check this on your main meter press 6.
