    Good Morning ,
    Last week received information from Utilita regarding what would be happening with the Energy help and that a change to my direct debit would happen from October . When it was announced what cap would be i had phoned in and upped my dd to £100 in anticipation of this and it was confirmed and went thru accordingly . The estimated usage for the year calculation is putting my DD down to £55 but i dont think thats right . Ive only been in property since 1st April and not had a winter period yet so im baffled how the estimated figure can be correct . I also received information on how the energy payments will work and that too left me puzzled and yes my DD is decreasing but im deeply concerned that the estimate usage is wrong and has not included a possible bad winter leading to increase of heating costs

    Hi Cat ,

    The agent contacted myself and going forward he suggested the direct debit change from a set amount to exactly what the bill is for that month . Very helpful he was but he couldn't confirm what would if anything come off this month (18th)as i am currently in credit . He did say i would receive a confirmation letter but so far nothing via post
