When will Utilita pay the energy grant and is it possible to have it all added to my Gas Supply as that’s what I will be using more of thought the winter mouths??

The payment will go on to your electric meter. Once on the meter we can move the money to the gas if you so wish. Please call customer services on 0330 333 7442 once the money is on your meter and an agent will be able to do this for you.

Can't Get through to Customer Services. Why can't they just put Half on Electric and Half on Gas automatically? Its a pain having to do this.

My neighbour received theres this morning to there meter , however I cannot say the same does this mean I am not receiving this can anyone tell me ?
