Hi @Pirate,

The energy bills support scheme payments are made over a 6 month period. You will receive 2 payments of £66, one in October and one in November. December through March you will receive payments of £67. These will be placed on your electric meter if you have a smart meter and are a prepayment customer. Amounts can be moved to gas once on the meter if you so wish. If you have a non smart meter you will receive a voucher and credit customers will have the amounts placed on their account to come off their bill.
