We have made some changes to Power Up to help you ahead of the colder months. You can now request more when things are a little tighter this winter.
So, what’s changing?...
Power Up can now be requested up to £60 for the Gas up from £30 previously
Power Up can be requested up to £40 for the Electric up from £20 previously
You can apply for a Power Up if your balance is either £2 or below (this applies to both your gas and electric meter, depending on which supply you are applying to Power Up on)
We have increased the minimum existing debt eligibility amount that may be on your meter (if this applies to you) to £20 on each meter. Anything over this will make you ineligible to apply for a Power Up
