    Hi.

    I topped up this evening...

    But when I topped up via the app. A browser page opened.

    It turned out that it was the paypoint website.

    It asked for my top up card number or account number.

    I am just wondering if this is a new feature?

    Because the app has not fone this before...

    @SueBoo1971 Hello! 😀 Welcome to the community!

    I have checked with our App Team and there was an outage during this time - so it would have automatically kicked through to PayPoint as a means to allow you to still top-up while the usual process was down.
