I've been trying for a week to get through to utilita and the 2 times I've gave up after an hour and a half both times its absolutely ridiculous. Eventually yesterday someone answered and he was so rude then put me back on hold for another 45 mins which I hung up. Terrible customer service! How do I get through?! Even the chats are an hour long
