    Hi

    my in-home display is not working, it’s stuck on “connecting”

    every time I called customer service they just said to leave it close to the meter for 24 hours, it’s been close to the meter for 2 weeks :)

    can anyone help?
    I’ve attached pictures of what I can see on the smart display

    @MohamedNasr Hello! Sorry to hear this - without having access to your account it is impossible to know why this is. I would suggest calling in/using our live chat and an advisor will be able to look into your account. It could be because you have a meter communication issue - or they need re-pairing. If you ensure you tell the advisor that you have already taken the steps advised - that will allow them to take the next measures to fix it.
