How do u get ur top up when using a card and the payment hasn't gone on ur meter, I don't have the receipt

@Sylvpear Hello! The best way to ascertain this would be to use our Live Chat service on the website and an advisor will be able to access your top-up history on your account and give you the top-up vend code to manually enter this onto your smart meter.
