I am hoping one of you good people can help, I recently, end of May, moved into a new build, the energy was supplied by, Utilita from Electric and British Gas for Gas. I am very happy with Utilita and their app is amazing, however BG came out to add their smart meeting and told me that they cannot add the Utilita smart meeting as it is the Version one Meter and it needs to be Version two.
Firstly does anyone know anything a Version 2 Smart meter, secondly who do I contact to get version two.
