    Hi,
    I have just changed to direct debit. My metres are now showing low funds and my app still shows that I am on a prepayment plan but with low money.

    I am phoning you and using the live chat, but the waiting times are long. How long do the metres take to change from prepayment to credit?

    @Oddny Hello! It should happen right away - however it would depend if your meter has full/string signal. If it does not then it may not go through straight away.

    Unfortunately that would require looking into your account and seeing your communications strength on your meter and account, which we cannot do via here on the community.

    I would suggest calling about 11am when the phone lines calm down 😀
