Have send series of mail all to no avail I newly moved to a new apartment and I have been on pre paid suddenly one day after I recharged my card I just got a message that you have been chnage from prepaid to credit. This I wanted someone to explain to me also I want a receipt for a proff of address that will come in my name and my wife name this are what I like a utilita staff to do for me thanks for your understanding.

@Adeniwura Sorry to hear that you are struggling with your account. Due to the complexity of this and the fact you need to establish what mode your meter is in and get it changed back to prepayment - it is vital that you speak to an advisor in our contact centre who will be able to access your account and get this sorted out.
You can do this by calling 0345 207 2000.
