Does anyone know how long it takes to take over an account when you move into a property that has energy supplied by Utilita? I completed the move in form on 2nd September but haven't heard anything, and am not able to manage the meter for our property online or in the app.

Our electricity cut out today, which was really stressful. I managed to get it back on, but I have no idea how long it will stay on for. I can't even find out if the guest top ups I've done are working. I've tried manually entering the codes into our meter, but it just says "rejected".

I've tried 3 different customer service numbers, and the online chat, but can never speak to someone.
