Got the new in home display but it will not connect to meter just keeps saying connecting.contacted live chat and was told to keep it on for 24hrs.Been left now for 72hrs but still says connecting.Old display i had no problems with.Any help please.

Verified AnswerEngineer got the in home display working was told it was a known software issue and had to do some thing in the meter.Worked ok for a bit but keeps losing connection.Will see how it goes -
I’ve been having the same problem for more than 6 months now, an advisor told me that I could pay for a new one but why should I as it’s not my fault it doesn’t work
