Hi im new. Im just wondering why my smart meter isnβt connected to my app? And would i be able to have a smart box as I didnβt get one when my metre was installed

@missej2 Hello! Welcome! It takes about 72 hours for the app to connect to your main smart meters! π
In regards to requesting a In Home Display - you can use our Live Chat in order to do that via that Utilita Webiste.

Ive been with untilita for months! Its never worked. On live chat i keep getting cut off. I got a text this morning and followed the instructions and its still not working
