    Wow really bad customer service I have a new smart display and it's just showing connecting all the time have been on chat several times and they have told me something different everytime wait 24hrs wait 72 hrs ,your IP address of display is not registered we will do it within 24 hrs,move it closer to meter ,send it back and we will send a new one .what the hell is going on here can nobody sort this why send them out if they don't know how to connect them ggrr

Usually this is a member to member help and advice platform - however, as I can see at Community Manager you have had no answer and it's a account specific issue that involves having to look in to your account - I will get this escalated back in to the business.
