Smart meter installed yesterday and reading going up hourly even though no gas being used and no pilot lights. On phone to Utilita for an hour then got cut OFF! How do I get engineer back out to check meter if they keep cutting me off. Also if all gas appliances are not being used have I got a minor leak even if no smell?
