The bill charge to my flat is not my meter serial number, what can I do? I’ve sent many email to CS, call to CS, customer relation to correct this issue but still no reply by them. Since 1.5 months from now, But ask me to pay the bill ASAP.

@Noelmaru Hello! This sounds urgent and will require speaking to a customer service rep in our contact centre in order for them to access your account and look into your bill and check why they have the wrong serial numbers and what the reason is for it being wrong on your bill.
