Hi i recently got a new gas meter and electric meter. When i went to the local store to top up my new electric card it wouldnt let me . The lady reckons my card hasnt been activated. My old card is still showing on my utilita app which i can top up. How is it possible to activate tje new card and also by topping up my old card im wondering will it register on my meter as it has on the app? Tjanks

@murphy Hello! That would be extremely hard to tell without looking into your account - which an customer service agent will need to do. I would suggest using our live chat or calling in to speak to an advisor who can access your account. You can call our contact centre on 0345 207 2000
