Hi maybe someone can help me I've got £90 savings in my a count but the app keeps saying unable to access my saving try again later I've phoned the utilita on numerous occasions speaking to people in south Africa without any success in resolving the matter very disappointing

Hi I am also having problems accessing savings via app and online. I accidentally topped up savings and want to transfer to electricity asap. Please can someone help me with this or contact me soon as possible, thank you. Im guessing the app is having an update or difficulties as this doesnt really happen often tbh. Many thanks agai, Dawn.
