Does anyone know when we are going to get the £200 on electricity and gas for the government. How are Utilities going to my people on smart meters .. Thanks

Is it £200 for gas and electric or is it £400 for gas or electric? Nobody seems to know. I did ask this on twitter in a message to Utilita, the answer was that the government haven't told them and so Utilita don't know either.
