Money was debited from my account but error message was received after online top up on my phone so no vend code was given or credit applied to my meter how do I get this money back or have it credited to my electric?
@Bella77 Hello! As this is an account specific enquiry it would be best to ring up and speak to an advisor in regards to this matter - as they will need to access and look into your account 😀
