@Glen10 Hi there Glen! Have you tried ringing up Utilita and asking for an update? I can escalate this email for you - but it may be faster to call and speak to an advisor in our contact centre.
Alternatively - can you let me know what email address you emailed so I can track your email down and alert the correct department internally at Utilita.
