I have never been able to top up on my app it has always said “Whoops. Something went wrong.
We're having trouble accessing your account.
Please try again later”. I have been able to top up via the website but now having a new card I have now not been able to do this either as it says “Declined - Invalid account number”

can someone please help me with this.

@Richelle hi! When you say you have a new card - is this a new top-up card it visa/credit card?
