I usually just top up from my phone but our local housing association has given me a voucher which I tried to top up my meter with but it hasn’t worked. Keeps coming up duplicate Any ideas?
Duplicate means your to up has already gone on to the meter. The smart meters are designed to do this and only occasionally would you need to enter your code. We have a great article on here that explains the manual topping up process should you need it in the future, you can find it here.
