How can I reset my password, I've been waiting for 2 days for an email to reset my password and still haven't received one and I can't use the app until I can reset the password, utilita are useless at communicating with you last time I tried phoning I was waiting for over an hour to speak to someone I gave up after an hour,then they can't send out a simple email to reset a password and it took me 2 years to get a table top display and then I had to phone them to set it up so about half an hour waiting for them to answer. Not very happy with utilita at the moment, seriously thinking of changing companies.

Please check your junk/spam as the password reset emails do sometimes go to this inbox if the email address is not recognised by your email provider.

Thanks cat I've done that and guess what nothing there and I need to top up but I can't because I can't use the app and don't have any cards 🤬🤬🤬
