Hi I have a new in Home Screen and I have connected to the Wi-Fi but it’s constantly saying connecting. I have tried calling but no answer sitting on the phone for hour and half. Anyone know what I can do?

@Clare1992 did you connect to you home broadband or the smart meter network ,I am giving problems even connecting says connecting since Saturday

Hi I connected to the my home broadband and all it says it connecting all the time. I finally got through on the phone and have to wait two weeks for an engineer to come out
