If you applied for the WHD and was successful then this would have been paid out in December and January, Applications will open again in August, If you have not received any communication then you will need to speak to an agent who will be able to check your account to see if your application was successful, Unfortuently not every one that applies is guaranteed to receive the discount as we only have limited spaces and the WHD is not guaranteed to all customers,
