    I have had no electricity all day, I spent 2 hours in a que to be huffed at and told 30 minutes, I then get a photo from my daughter at home and my in home display is now saying I owe £101 to get my electric back on! I’m PAYG so how is this? My food is now ruined and I’m going home to sit in dark and unable to cook food or anything, I have called few times so far spent over 3 hours on phone for nothing! Someone help this is just awful

    I am sorry you are having this issue. The best thing is to speak to customer services as the community is a peer to peer platform and not manned by customer services. Did you manage to get through and get your supply back on?
