since moving 4 weeks ago, the app hasn’t worked and top ups have all failed, even the ones that say successful fail and I manually put the ref on the meter.
Due to no data from the meter I can’t see how much credit I’m in.
Should the app show me what credit I have left?
is there a way I can just switch to monthly Bill?
I’ve been on hold for 90 mins and still waiting
