My in house display is connecting to my wifi fine but not my meter it’s says connecting but then popping up not commissioned can anyone help me with it? Thank you

Hi, have the same problem, smart display connecting then the message is: NOT COMMISSIONED. Tried to get in touch with utilita in every possible way but it was just a waste of time. Can't get through. Anybody had this problem solved in any way? Thanks.

There are specific processes to fix these IHD issues that will require speaking with customer services. They can be contacted on 0330 128 9288 Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm Sat 8am - 5pm.
