@
Terrytomlinson Good Afternoon 🙂
I'm really sorry to hear this! In line with the national price cap increase we have raised our prices from 1 April - you would have been sent communications in regards to this change.
This price cap increase applies to all suppliers and in line with that change, all suppliers have raised their prices, in addition to wholesale prices increasing.
We put a
handy guide together explaining this for our members, as well as explaining your energy bills too which I think you'll find useful.
There are ways to help you save energy, and reduce what you are using - we highly recommend our
Smart Score function within the app to help keep your usage down. 🙂
I hope this helps you!
Michael86 another one of our members shared some great gas usage advice last week! You can find that
here!
Anyone else that has any great advice that has worked for you, please do feel free to share! 😀
I have tried Michaels advice in regards to turning the heating down one degree each time to see if it's a manageable temperature and it's made a reduction and I am actually OK with the lower degree in terms of being warm.
You can also check out our
Energy Efficiency board - which has an array of helpful posts! 🙂
Please do let me know how you get on.
