My question is has anyone tried this ? I did.....what a nightmare!!! I'm so upset by it !!!
I worked out that if I had £300 in the meter it would last until August., so with my back pay I tried the idea. I had £99 in my electricity meter, the key can only be topped up by £49 at a time. I did this 4 times in the shop so the key had 4x £49 a total of £196. Great I thought, but question what !!! The meter wouldn't not accept my top up credit !!!
The outcome, .... finally when I got through to Utilia only by online chat, after spending 1 hour on the phone . The issue has still not been resolved, I was told to send my proof of purchase by email, and it would be looked into. Taking at least 14 day's , then I would have a refund ! I'm very annoyed, and would like to hear if anyone else has had this issue. Thank you
