    I am new to the community although I have been with utilita since 2014. I have never read a meter before and wondered whether I have to do it. I don't know if I have a smart meter ? Or not. I am on prepayment and have an indoor display unit which shows my daily usage. Have members recieved a letter or email telling them of the new price rises. Times getting nearer and I haven't had a notification.

    Hi @Trisha,

    If you have a IHD then you will have a Smart Meter, this takes the readings automatically as long as the signal is ok and you will not need to provide any meter readings unless asked by a Utilita agent. In regards to the price increases we sent out our correspondence letters and emails at the end of February.
