Been to shop this morning for £10 electric which i needed, to find out i only got £7.50 and charged £2.50 for PC contributions now left short. if this the case i will fuel has just gone up another £10 per month elec and £10 gas how can this be right

@Martin221 Heya! PC stands for 'previous charges' - this usually 9 times out of 10 means that there is an existing debt on the meter. This could very well be previous tenants if you have recently moved in - or it could be from any Friendly or Emergency credit you have used that will be paid back at a certain rate (10%, 15%, 25%) of each future top-up.
May be worth checking this on your main meter to see if any of this applies 😀
