Can anyone help. How do I add my gas account to an existing app. I created the account when I only had a smart meter for electricity now I have both but only electricity is still showing and I can’t find an answer anywhere. When I got through on the phone we got cut off 😬

Ohhhh that sounds strange! If you could send me a direct private mail with your customer ref number, I can pass this back into the business to our App Team for them to take a look at what may be causing this issue and get it sorted for you, or some instructions on how to overcome this slight issue 🤩
